Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to hold a single KRM88 account only. Registering multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances and winnings without prior notice or compensation.

• Transferring, selling, or granting account access to any other party is strictly prohibited.

Deposit & Payment

All financial transactions on KRM88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). KRM88 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow (ID or QR)
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and listed local Malaysian banks
• Local Bank Transfer: All licensed banks in Malaysia

The minimum deposit accepted by KRM88 is RM20 per transaction. There is no maximum cap on standard deposits; however, KRM88 reserves the right to impose limits based on risk profile or to request verification for deposits exceeding a certain amount.

KRM88 does not accept deposits in the form of cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any digital store of value other than those listed above. Any deposit received from an unrecognised source will be returned unused, and any associated return costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the sender.

Withdrawal of Winnings

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the payment method that was same name matching the registered member's name.
• KRM88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
• Bonus balances that have not yet met the rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled.
• KRM88 does not charge any processing fees on your winnings withdrawals.

Bonuses & Promotions

• Each bonus may only be claimed once by each member, unless otherwise stated.

Game Rules

All games available on the KRM88 platform — including Live Casino games, slots, table games, poker, Sports Betting, and Jackpot — are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game's interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets.

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent testing body. The outcome of every game is final and not subject to dispute.

Member Conduct

KRM88 expects all members to interact with the platform and fellow players in a respectful, honest, and responsible manner. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the functionality of the KRM88 platform by any means.

• Offensive language, harassment, or threats directed at KRM88 staff or other players through any communication channel on the platform.

Account Closure & Restrictions

KRM88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term outlined in this document.
• Identity fraud, registering multiple accounts, or providing false information.
• Suspicious activity indicating money laundering or financial fraud.
• Requests by law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Players found to not meet the age or residency eligibility requirements after registration.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account settings page or by contacting KRM88's support team. Any real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

KRM88 provides a betting platform as an entertainment service. We make no guarantee of profit or financial returns from any game or wager on this platform. All games carry financial risk, and the possibility of loss is always present.

• KRM88 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of using the platform, including gaming losses, technical disruptions beyond our control, or loss of internet access.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or an appropriate tribunal under Malaysian law, unless both parties agree to an alternative method of resolution.
